You must be at least 21 years old to register and use phalaro. Age verification via valid Philippine government ID is mandatory before any real-money activity is permitted.
phalaro operates under a PAGCOR license and Philippine law. All gameplay, account management, and financial transactions are subject to Philippine gaming regulations and AML compliance requirements.
Deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal is ₱100 for fully KYC-verified accounts.

To be eligible to register an Account with phalaro, you must:
phalaro reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. You consent to phalaro conducting identity, age, and eligibility verification checks, including checks against PAGCOR's exclusion databases, as a condition of Account opening and continued use of the Platform.
Each individual may only register one (1) Account with phalaro. Maintaining more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. phalaro will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify phalaro immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Before phalaro can process any withdrawals, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, and Voter's ID. Additional documentation (proof of address, source of funds) may be required at phalaro's discretion in accordance with Philippine AML regulations.
You must promptly update your Account information if any of your registered details change. phalaro is not liable for any loss or service interruption resulting from outdated Account information provided by the Player.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phalaro may charge a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 against dormant Account balances after written notification to the registered email. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed following the dormancy period. Dormant Account policies comply with applicable PAGCOR directives.
Deposits to your phalaro Wallet may be made via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, and Mastercard. phalaro reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
The minimum deposit on phalaro is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and verification tier. Players may request adjustment of their deposit limits in accordance with phalaro's responsible gaming policy, subject to verification requirements.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard Philippine banking processing times of up to two (2) banking hours during operating hours. phalaro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
All transactions on phalaro are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies, if supported by the payment provider, will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are charged by the payment provider and are the Player's responsibility.
Withdrawal of Real Money funds from your phalaro Wallet is subject to the following conditions:
GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) hour during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. First-time withdrawals may be subject to an additional security review period of up to twenty-four (24) hours. phalaro is not liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.
phalaro reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or collusion, compliance with PAGCOR directives, or receipt of a valid court order or directive from Philippine law enforcement authorities.
phalaro may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, or other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with the individual promotion:
Bonus funds must be wagered (played through) a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each specific promotion. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%) compared to slots (typically 100%). The specific contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of crediting, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, Account suspension, and may result in permanent Account closure.
phalaro's casino games — including live dealer games, online slots, and bingo — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology for digital games, and real physical cards/equipment for live casino games. All games have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure, phalaro reserves the right to void any affected game round and return the wagered stake to the Player. Malfunction voids all plays and pays. This applies to both live casino and RNG-based games.
If your connection is interrupted during an active game round, the game server will complete the round according to its programmed rules. The result of the completed round will be reflected in your Account balance upon your next login. phalaro recommends using a stable internet connection for live casino games.
Each game on phalaro has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game's mechanics.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phalaro and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
phalaro reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any Account involved in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to PAGCOR, AMLC, or law enforcement authorities as required.
All content on the phalaro Platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, game content, audio, and text — is the intellectual property of phalaro or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phalaro Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phalaro Platform without prior written consent from phalaro.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:
phalaro collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phalaro, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phalaro complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data is used for Account management, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes. phalaro does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to phalaro's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Refer to the phalaro Privacy Policy for full details.
phalaro provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players:
phalaro strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. phalaro enforces age verification through its KYC process and reserves the right to close and forfeit the balance of any Account found to belong to a minor. phalaro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may request closure of your phalaro Account at any time by contacting phalaro support at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the ordinary course. Bonus funds not yet subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon Account closure, your license to use the phalaro Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect after Account closure.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through phalaro's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. phalaro fully cooperates with PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, being the location of PAGCOR's principal offices.
phalaro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless changes are required immediately by law or PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the phalaro Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
